What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of backend development experience, ideally with PHP or Python.
• Genuine interest and motivation to learn Ruby on Rails (no prior experience in Rails required, but enthusiasm is a must!).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, agile methodologies, and TDD.
• Product mindset with a focus on creating meaningful experiences for users.

• English fluency required.
