About Us:

A dynamic marketing agency specializing in helping healthcare companies expand their reach and grow their businesses. We focus on marketing services, newsletter sponsorships, and referral-based marketing campaigns. We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team, supporting both client campaigns and the internal growth of our agency.


Position Overview:

The Email Marketing Specialist will create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for our healthcare clients and our agency's business development. The role requires managing high-volume outreach, utilizing multiple domains, lead generation tools, and email marketing automation platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Designed and executed email marketing campaigns for clients and internal initiatives.
  • Build scalable email campaigns (1,000+ emails/day) across multiple domains with proper email warm-up strategies.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns, focusing on metrics like open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Utilize tools like Instantly, Zerobounce, and Clay for lead validation, list management*, and email deliverability.
  • Develop lead lists using various lead-finding tools and platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data, such as bounce rates and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with broader business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing email marketing campaigns, with a focus on healthcare clients.
  • Extensive experience with tools like Instantly, Zerobounce, Clay, and other email verification tools.
  • Experience in scaling campaigns across multiple domains.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing and email optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, bounce rates).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
