The right candidate will have 4+ years of experience in UX/UI, proficiency in Figma and user testing tools, and excellent communication skills for collaborating closely with developers. About The Role
App Audits & UX Improvements (crucial)
Conduct app audits to identify UX/UI improvement areas and optimize user journeys.
Share findings and actionable recommendations with product and development teams.
Detailed Design Documentation
Create annotated Figma files for features and releases, detailing user flows and interactions.
Maintain accurate design documentation to ensure continuity in product updates.
Design System Development
Build and manage a cohesive design system, including colours, typography, icons, and - components.
Regularly audit and update the design system for consistency across features.
Developer Collaboration & QA Support
Provide developers with detailed UX specs and assets for smooth handoffs.
Support QA by reviewing implemented designs for accuracy and resolving design questions.
User Testing & Client Feedback Collection
Conduct 5-10 user testing sessions or client interviews monthly to gather insights
Analyse feedback to inform design adjustments and enhance user satisfaction.
Ongoing Projects:
Launching key features to drive metrics
Contributing to a new product launch
About You
Advanced UX expertise with a strong grasp of user psychology and behaviour; UX - testing experience and a "tests-first" approach are essential.
SaaS experience is highly important, with an understanding of the unique needs of SaaS users.
Extensive user-testing experience and proven ability to incorporate user feedback effectively.
Figma expert, proficient in design and prototyping.
Analytical thinker with insight into how UX impacts key metrics and product success.
Strong UI expertise, with a keen eye for creating visually appealing and functional designs.
Effective communicator with developers, skilled at conveying complex ideas and open to feedback.
Self-directed and collaborative in a fully remote team environment.
Bonus points for: Experience with Mixpanel, Notion and/ or building CMS systems or page builders.
