We are looking for a Solutions Engineer with strong technical and interpersonal skills, who will serve as the primary Integration Engineer for the client IRIS Image Capture platform.
This is a full-time position; M-F, 9 am - 6 pm PST, possibility of Saturday hours if needed.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Integrating with 3rd party Practice Management Systems and Imaging Systems
- Installing the client IRIS Image Capture platform on customer workstation environments via remote sessions
- Utilize a combination of cloud-based and open-source tools and frameworks to solve complex data problems
- Configuring the client IRIS Image Capture platform to allow seamless customer transition into our product, and away from other long-standing industry competitor products
- Write efficient and scalable code, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and customer success teams to streamline the onboarding support processes for our IRIS customers
- Ability to be "on-call" on non-working hours periodically, as needed and planned for by the team
Requirements
- Excellent academic background in Computer Science or other related field
- 3+ years of SaaS experience
- Experience with third party software integration or solutions engineering
- Experience with Dental Practice Management Systems and Imaging Systems (nice to have)
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
