Sr. Fullstack .NET Developer in NEW ZEALAND

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Fullstack .NET Developer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the technical design, development, and maintenance of robust software solutions. You will work collaboratively with developers, architects, and UX designers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in .NET, C#, and React, along with a comprehensive understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern design patterns.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust and scalable applications using .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and UX designers on technical system design.
• Implement RESTful Web APIs and integrate with front-end frameworks such as React.
• Ensure adherence to web standards, including HTML, CSS, and WAI compliance.
• Apply advanced design patterns (e.g., CQRS, MVC, MVVM) to build maintainable and flexible systems.
• Utilize AWS cloud infrastructure to deploy and manage applications.
• Use best practices in source control (e.g., Git, Subversion) and implement continuous integration pipelines (e.g., TeamCity).
• Employ Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and SOLID principles to improve code quality.
• Work with .NET MVC 5 for web application development and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with .NET, .NET Core, and C# in a professional setting.
• Expertise in developing REST-based Web APIs.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and React.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end design patterns and principles, including CQRS, MVC, MVVM, and Repository.
• Proficiency with source control tools and continuous integration pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and WAI standards.
