Experience in developing and optimizing row-level security
Must have a minimum of 5 years People Soft 9.x HCM (Human Capital Management) experience, combined with 7+ years People Soft HCM development experience
Payroll, Time & Leave, Absence Management, Fluid, and PeopleSoft development & support experience is desired
Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent
Advanced production system support, component/assembly testing skills, solutioning and problem solving skills and portfolio/vertical knowledge.
Advanced communication (verbal and written), presentations, solid consulting, and customer communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels with clients, vendors and/or internal teams.
