Product Design Producer / Art Lead (UI) in SERBIA

Our team continues to grow. Now we're extending our Design team and looking for an experienced and talented Art Lead (UI) to join us in Limassol, Cyprus.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Cooking up fresh design concepts and ideas for entertaining projects.

✔️ Giving helpful advice and guiding UI Designers, graphic designers, and outsourced designers.

✔️ Leading, inspiring, and cheering on a diverse team of designers.

✔️ Check out your team's designs to ensure they're on point for the project.

✔️ Handling a bunch of projects at the same time, figuring out what to do first, and adjusting plans when needed.

✔️ Showing off design ideas to internal stakeholders and clients and getting their thoughts.

✔️ Teaming up with developers to ensure designs are functional.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Known as the go-to person for cool and groundbreaking designs.

✔️ At least 4+ years of doing design stuff in the industry.

✔️ Knowing the ropes of standard design practices, tools, and the ins and outs of real-time development.

✔️ Experience leading teams and collaborating with artsy folks.

✔️ Super organized, love processes, and making decisions based on numbers.

✔️ Talking with your team about what they need and fixing team issues.

✔️ Worked with outside studios before.

✔️ Good at talking and writing in English.

✔️ Used to the agile way of doing things.
