What You’ll Do
Lead a team of backend engineers to deliver innovative services and data solutions for our customers.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that prioritizes quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for your team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to support your team's growth.
Collaborate with the Director of Engineering on hiring, capacity planning, and strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a software engineer with expertise in Java, Kotlin, or GoLang.
Successful track record of managing at least one engineering team in an agile environment (3-6 engineers).
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives to completion.
Strong understanding of service-oriented architectures and their implementation.
Excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and leverage data-driven insights.
