We're seeking a mid-level full-stack developer who can handle both front-end development & and backend technologies, and production work for both new and existing projects. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with our distributed team.

The Challenges You'll Tackle
Bridging Old and New: You'll work on projects ranging from modern React-based applications to legacy WordPress sites, requiring you to adapt your approach based on the technology stack
Pixel-Perfect Production: You'll transform Figma designs into fully functional, responsive web pages that look great on all devices and handle various data scenarios gracefully
Tech Stack Diversity: You'll navigate multiple technology stacks, including TALL (Tailwind, Alpine, Laravel, Livewire), WordPress, Vue, and more
Performance Optimization: You'll implement SEO best practices and optimize for page speed across various platforms
Real Estate Tech Integration: You'll work with specialized real estate technologies like RESO/RETS, requiring you to quickly learn and integrate domain-specific tools
Requirements
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (SASS), and JavaScript
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
Familiarity with PHP and at least one PHP framework (Laravel preferred)
Version control with Git and SVN
Ability to work with design tools like Figma
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent remote collaboration and time management skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with WordPress and Gutenberg Block Editor
Familiarity with TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine, Laravel, Livewire)
Knowledge of real estate technologies (RESO/RETS)
Experience with AWS, ElasticSearch, or Typesense
Stripe integration experience
