About The Role

We're seeking a talented and self-motivated Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in design or IT, as well as experience developing real products for the web. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for creating beautiful and user-friendly interfaces and a resilience to handle the complexity of a B2B platform, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

Join us if you are excited to

Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.

Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.

Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.

Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.

Work with complex interactions and concepts of a B2B platform.

Respect, maintain and enrich our Design System.

Encourage and promote design iterations under a User-centric approach.

Identify new product improvement opportunities.

What You Bring To The Team

• 3+ years of experience designing for the Web
• Good communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions
• Excellent visual design skills and strong interaction design skills
• Good understanding of usability and information architecture
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Mastery in Figma (Adobe Creative Suite is considered a plus)
• Resilience to hone your design instinct through user feedback
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work of UI/UX design. Please include your design portfolio with your application for review
• Good knowledge of low-code tools such as Framer
