The role:
- Integrate into the in-house media team to deliver effective media plans and drive business results with brand managers.
- Lead integrated media strategy and planning for various brands across all media channels (TV, digital, print, OOH).
- Determine the optimal channel roles and media mix to resonate with target audiences.
- Utilize media planning tools, data, and consumer insights for scenario planning and audience analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Planner to ensure successful execution of digital campaigns.
- Manage brand media investments, adapting channel allocations and budgets as necessary.
- Present innovative campaign strategies and effective audience engagement methods to enhance business performance and stay competitive by analyzing industry trends.
Your profile:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in integrated media planning within an agency or brand environment.
- Expertise in all media channels, especially TV and digital.
- Proficient in using industry-standard planning tools and data sets for data-driven media plans.
- Knowledge of the German media landscape.
- Completed university degree or apprenticeship with relevant media work experience.
- Experience managing multiple partners and campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail, entrepreneurial mindset, and analytical/innovative skills.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector is highly valued.
Software and Tools:
- Must-Have: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Programmatic Buying Platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Preferred: Familiarity with ad serving and audit tools (e.g., Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) is a plus.
