We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in motion graphics to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to create visually compelling materials across various mediums, including web pages, presentations, marketing collateral, signage, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both design and motion, with the ability to execute high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with teams or clients to develop creative solutions for a variety of materials such as web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, newsletters, and marketing content
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within our established brand identity
Develop original concepts by hand or through software, carefully selecting color schemes, fonts, imagery, and layout to convey ideas effectively
Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, ensuring content aligns with best practices for content management systems
Leverage trend intelligence and an understanding of both historical and current markets to create fresh and relevant design work
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe CC)
Demonstrated experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, marketing collateral, and motion graphics
Ability to work collaboratively and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining brand consistency
Ability to think strategically and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
