Role: Backend Developer (Golang)

Location: 100% Remote 

Duration: Full-time

Salary: 180K - 250K BDT

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Build and maintain APIs using Go, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Develop backend services and solutions, focusing on AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, and SNS.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Go: Minimum of 2 years of development experience with Go, with a focus on building APIs.
• Backend Development: Strong expertise in backend development, with 90-100% of development work focused on the backend.
• AWS Cloud: Minimum of 2 years of experience with AWS Cloud, preferably with serverless solutions such as Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, and SNS.
• Software Engineering Experience: At least 5 years of experience in senior software engineering roles, including end-to-end API development, full-stack application development, or data migration experience.
• Database experience: Candidates need to be proficient with databases.
