About the role
Join this Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within the Cybersecurity & Privacy services to help clients implement effective cybersecurity programs. As organizations increasingly shift to digital business models, the need for robust security frameworks grows exponentially. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategies that drive security transformation, streamline technology integration, and help clients protect their critical assets while responding to and mitigating cyber threats.
Your future team supports organizations in managing secure access to critical systems and infrastructure. As part of growing Cybersecurity, Forensics & Privacy (CF&P) practice at our client, we're seeking experienced Digital Identity consultants. Based in the Netherlands, you'll work with your dedicated IAM team to create a secure digital environment for international and local organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and execution of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk and related technologies, tailored to client-specific needs.
- Collaborate with clients to design, build, and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, including PAM, Secure Management (SM), Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM), and complex IAM integrations.
- Create custom solutions using CyberArk, HashiCorp, and Ermetic products.
- Serve as a product owner in Agile teams, utilizing SCRUM and SAFe frameworks.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Azure, Terraform, Artifactory, and GitHub.
- Integrate PAM solutions with broader Identity Management products and client DevOps practices.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues in IAM technologies.
- Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to drive project initiation.
Your profile
- Strong experience working with both Unix and Windows environments, with a deep understanding of the OSI stack, virtualization, and Cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in IAM standards such as SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and familiarity with architecture standards (e.g., ArchiMate).
- Proven experience with IAM and PAM products, from design to implementation, system engineering, and architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Development, and Continuous Deployment.
- Growing leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and client staff through complex IAM project designs.
- Experience leading technical workshops, balancing both technical and business objectives.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the PAM field.
- Fluent in English, with Dutch language skills as a plus.
