Type: Full Time (Will begin with training, then scale up the number of accounts serviced until you are at full capacity, which is typically 8 clients)

Availability: Must be available Eastern time 9am-5pm

Location: Remote

Compensation: $2000/month base salary + $250/client managed/month

*You’ll be expected to scale up to 8 clients as quickly as possible after training, meaning you would be compensated $4k/month in this remote role full time, with complete freedom over your hours and location

What’s up!

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our remote team, get trained, and crush it for clients.

Please read on and watch the video above if you’re interested.

You'll play a very important role on our team, and have lots of freedom and creative control to positively impact brands that serve thousands of people. 

Ideally, you’ll have a great copywriting skill set, experience in email & SMS marketing, experience in project management/strategy creation, have great team leading skills, and be super familiar with our company.

You’ll have a critical role in working alongside me (Adam) to help lead our clients and team to success 🚀

Project Manager Mission:

1) Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients

2) Build out campaign calendars and set up the briefs to create content from

3) Write all copy for the clients you manage, including campaigns, flows, forms, etc, and review your own copy with the assistance of AI

4) Create tasks and provide guidance to our team so they can produce quickly and at a high quality 

5) Review designs and give strategic edits/feedback to designers

6) Ensure all tasks/projects are completed on time, and ensure team members are aware of what needs to be done

7) Answer questions any team members may have, and communicate with them regularly

8) Implement anything clients might request by formatting the task/project in a way that the team can act on

9) Communicate professionally with clients in Slack, over email, and on Zoom calls

Competencies:

1. Email & SMS copywriting skills, for brands that sell simple products that are more aesthetic like T-shirts or luggage, all the way to brands that sell more complex products that solve an acute pain point like supplements or food & beverage

1. STRONG knowledge of Email & SMS marketing strategies for Ecommerce brands

1. Great knowledge of Klaviyo and technical aspects of Klaviyo

1. Basic knowledge of using Figma and tweaking designs

1. Perfect or near perfect English

1. Strong communication skills for both the team and with clients

1. Work horse

1. Strong desire to produce fantastic results for our clients
