Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients in the Italian market through targeted outreach efforts
Understand client needs and present tailored logistics solutions to enhance their operations
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our service offerings
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve challenges in a timely manner
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and approach
Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the growth of The House of Mercier
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Previous sales experience, preferably in logistics or a related field
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
Self-motivated and organized, with a capacity to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management platforms
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
