Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead iOS Developer to help launch the MVP version of our app and further develop its core features post-launch, prioritizing the best user experience. As a key member of our tech team, you will lead the development of our iOS platform, designing and implementing robust, user-centric features while maintaining high-quality code and ensuring smooth app functionality. Your role will be integral to delivering a seamless and empowering experience for our users as they navigate their mental and physical well-being journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Development: Take charge of developing and maintaining Carea's iOS application, ensuring it is highly performant, reliable, and user-friendly.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to the development team on best practices and architecture, and foster a culture of high-quality code.
- Feature Implementation: Work collaboratively to design, build, and test new features based on user feedback and business needs.
- Code Quality & CI/CD: Maintain high standards of code quality, manage repositories using Git, and leverage Bitrise CI/CD for streamlined development.
- Product Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure features align with user needs and deliver exceptional UX.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship to junior developers and lead by example through high standards in coding and project management.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members across different disciplines and backgrounds, including remote collaborators.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Women’s Health: Committed to Carea’s mission and passionate about contributing to a purpose-driven organization focused on supporting women’s mental and physical well-being.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in native iOS mobile development, with a focus on Swift and SwiftUI.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in iOS development frameworks including Swift, SwiftUI, TCA, Foundation, Clean, CoreStore, and URLSession.
- Tools & Integrations: Skilled in using Git for version control, Bitrise for CI/CD, and RevenueCat for in-app purchases and subscription management.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and mentoring a development team.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and requirements in a remote environment.
