  • Knowledge of design practices—with an emphasis on UX/UI principles.
  • Adaptable design skills—to create solutions suited to a wide range of brands and audiences.
  • Confidence in communication—able to clearly convey your thought process and designs to the team while remaining receptive to feedback and differing opinions.
  • Ability to follow briefs—capable of understanding client requirements and executing a project to fulfil a given brief.
  • Comfortable working independently—but equally able to work collaboratively.
  • Proactive problem-solver—able to adapt and manage multiple projects while staying organised.
  • Resilient and adaptive—able to handle feedback from clients and the team constructively without being discouraged.
  • Eager to learn—and develop your skills, someone who can also enrich our team.

  • Responsibilities

    • Developing effective and engaging designs for new and existing websites
    • Bringing creativity and innovation to layout, functionality, typography, and overall design
    • Collaborate with the design team and assist with various projects
    • Execute designs from brief, concept to final stage
    • Develop designs based on brand guidelines and existing website style guides
    • Preparing designs for development and corresponding with the dev team

    • Familiarity in prototyping and/or motion graphics tools (After Effects) a bonus.
    • Knowledge of Shopify is a bonus, but not essential.
