Salary: $190,000 base salary, including package up to $263,000 (performance bonus + project bonus + sign-on) excluding equity and stock options

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy NLP solutions using the latest technologies and frameworks.
- Work with diverse datasets to train and fine-tune machine learning models focused on language understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP technologies into broader systems and products.
- Continuously test, optimize, and scale NLP applications to meet evolving product needs.
- Stay at the forefront of technology by researching new trends and advancements in NLP and AI.


Technology Stack:

- Programming Languages: Python, Scala
- NLP Libraries/Frameworks: Transformers, BERT, GPT, spaCy, Hugging Face
- Machine Learning Platforms: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
- Data Management: SQL, NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)
- APIs and Middleware: RESTful services, GraphQL
- DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

Compensation Package:

- Base Salary: $190,000 annually
- Performance Bonuses: Up to $38,000 annually based on performance, with additional bonuses for project completions ranging from $5,000 to $15,000.
- Equity and Stock Options: Competitive stock option package.
- Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable, typically between $10,000 to $20,000.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a related field.

- Strong programming expertise, especially in Python and experience with Scala.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling high-impact AI solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Desirable Skills:

- PhD in a relevant field with published work in NLP or AI.
- Experience with real-time data processing and analytics.
- Multilingual NLP application development experience.
