Lead Flutter Developer – Billions of Users – Up To 120K + Stocks – Amsterdam (hybrid)

My client is a fast-growing startup founded in 2015. Of the 150 people, 75 are on tech. They have an office in both the Netherlands and the US, with the tech part being mostly segregated in Amsterdam.

The company has multiple products and provides APIs for building different functionalities. All open source by default making impact on developer communities worldwide.

They are looking for a Lead Flutter Engineer who will land in a team of 2 other Flutter developers. 80% of your responsibilities will be focused on developing new features/maintenance of the devkits, mostly for chat and video. 20% is focused on technical guidelines, code quality, maintainability, and some managerial tasks.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Flutter, where you worked in depth on a product.
• 5 years of professional experience, with a foundation in software or mobile development.
• Experience with devkits and/or open-source deployments.
• Strong communication skills in either Dutch or English.
• Leadership experience. This can also be from a senior role with some lead tasks.
