Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to Estonian speaking customers on search engine optimization and digital marketing strategies
Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their digital marketing accounts
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions for improving their online visibility
Educate clients on product features, functionalities, and best practices for maximizing search engine success
Document client interactions and feedback to gather insights for service improvement
Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing and search engine technologies
Requirements
Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred
Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical abilities to interpret data and provide practical insights to clients
