Python Engineer in UNITED KINGDOM

Role:

A Python engineer who knows their stuff. Python is their main weapon - FastAPI and Docker are very familiar to you too. Being a Python developer means writing scalable, well-written, type-hinted code, not ipynb notebooks or copy and pasting AI generated code. You'll play a pivotal role in advancing our products and enhancing the quality of our offerings through direct responsibility for a ParachutesAI Bittensor subnet.

Responsibilities:

• Write hardcore Python code that scales
• Mess around with AI training, tuning or inference. We must keep on top of the SOTA
• Build and maintain production-level APIs
• Deploy and monitor infrastructure

Requirements:

• Years of experience in industry with Python
• FastAPI & async code is very familiar to you
• You use the latest tools to help you write code (e.g. Cursor), and play around with LLM's in your spare time

Nice to have:

• Provably contributed to or wrote open source software before
• Golang or Rust knowledge

The role is 100% remote (and always will be). You'll be working directly with the team under a completely flat structure. We don't care about tracking hours or time here - we're here to build cool sh!t, and build it well. There's no hierarchy BS - just code.
