AI Engineer in SPAIN

One of our main focuses is developing a system where users can access highly personalized educational content. We’re looking for an AI Engineer to help create solutions for maintaining, updating, and generating new educational content.

Tech stack: OpenAI, Mistral, Gemini, and other LLMs; Python; Airflow; LangChain; FastAPI for the backend

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced AI solutions for content generation, utilizing fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs), and multi-agent networks to meet product needs.
• Review users' feedback and interactions with content on the platform by monitoring important product metrics and apply this knowledge to improve current and future features.
• Turn goals and requirements from our instructional designers into working prototypes, testing them with the content team and target user groups.
• Improve the architecture and take ownership of technical AI solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Backend Developer / ML Engineer / AI Engineer or in another software developer role with advanced Python skills.
• Experience with RAG implementation, building multi-agent networks, and working with various LLMs and frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain).
• Experience evaluating the solutions you develop.
