As the Workday Technical Authority, you will be accountable for reviewing all changes to the global HR solutions from an IT perspective. This role is crucial for minimising risks associated with changes and ensuring alignment with existing business process designs and their technical implementation. We seek someone deeply committed to the value of HR systems, understanding their support for day-to-day operations, and the importance of improving processes in a risk-free manner to deliver real business benefits. You will be their first technical gatekeeper, ensuring that changes do not adversely impact the use of HR applications.
