Mobile Game UI/UX Designer/Artist (Web3) in UNITED KINGDOM

Remote 11 months ago

We are searching for an experienced mobile gaming UI/UX designer meets game artist to join our team and support our lead UI designer. Your daily outlook: working alongside other designers, receive briefs and rough wireframes for mobile games, then own the entire design journey - from wireframing, asset illustration/creation (when needed), to creating full-fledged Figma screens ready for our development team. Strong knowledge of Web3 & blockchain (can be personal interest!), and experience working on mobile games is required.

We are a startup at the intersection of Web3 and Web2 gaming, with a vision of creating the world's most rewarding mini-gaming ecosystem. We are a team of energetic, fast-paced, and creative professionals who love pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Our games are built for Telegram, so familiarity with the ecosystem is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive game briefs, wireframes and systems designs and transform them into a 2D mini-game user journey.
  • Design UI screens and prototypes using Figma, in close collaboration with other game designers.
  • Craft visually stunning and cohesive assets for game art (when needed).
  • Optimise UX and create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for the mobile games.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance our gaming performance and roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry trends and player feedback.

What We Offer:

  • A fully remote and flexible working environment.
  • A competitive salary with bonuses.
  • A significant token allocation, with the potential for substantial growth (inspired by success stories like Revolut).
  • Fast progression as we scale.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (min 3 years) in mobile gaming UI/UX design.
  • Strong skills in concept art, illustration, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain.
  • Experience working in gaming companies or as an independent game artist/designer.
  • Fluent English.
