Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Junior IT Support Specialist (ServiceNow). The Junior IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with hardware and software issues, troubleshooting IT-related problems, and maintaining IT systems. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.


Requirements


  • Good English language skills to enable customer communication (written and verbal) are a must-have;
  • Basic knowledge of Javascript, Client, and Server side scripting, Business rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Data Policies;
  • Communication skills, Documentation skills, problem-solving ability;
  • Experience in helpdesk function, and direct client interaction.


Responsibilities


  • L1 Support Engineering to end users with regards to any inquiry/ticket on ServiceNow usage;
  • Provide customers an experience beyond their expectations of how the work can be simplified and improved with ServiceNow;
  • Let the customers see the value in our products and services quickly by managing ServiceNow implementations and services;
  • Build workflows and processes internally between clients;
  • Generate great relationships with clients, and help them on all stations of dialogs.



Will be a plus


  • Good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB);
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL: ITSM, Change Request, Problem Management.
