Backend .NET Developer to work remotely with our Cyprus-based team. In this role, you’ll have the chance to design, develop, and test new features for live gaming projects, ensuring smooth integration with our frontend and blockchain teams. You’ll apply your deep expertise in .NET, C#, API design, and database management, contributing directly to our technical architecture and optimizing our live products’ performance.
This is an opportunity to join a driven, diverse, and agile team of 28, including dedicated backend, blockchain, and frontend developers, united by their passion for innovation. Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of five years’ experience in backend development, a strong understanding of multithreading and architectural patterns, and a collaborative spirit.

With over 10 years of experience in the gaming industry, our award-winning projects have earned titles like "Best of AppStore" by Apple and "Best Multiplayer Game" at Casual Connect. Recently, we’ve expanded into blockchain gaming and are rapidly growing. We’re looking for a driven and experienced Backend Developer to join our Cyprus-based team remotely and contribute to a highly active, live project community with an ambitious roadmap.
About the team:
Now there are 28 people in the team.
Technical Team: 2 backend/ 2 blockchain/ 3 unity frontend/ QA
It is important to note that the management team is from Ukraine. The core team is based in Cyprus. But there are several developers who moved from Russia
You have:
- Minimum 5 years of backend development experience, particularly in web applications with .NET and C#.
- Strong knowledge of API Gateway, Service Discovery, RESTful services, Profiling, and ORM.
- Proficient with ASP.NET, Docker, docker-compose, Protobuf, and GRPC.
- Deep understanding of architecture and programming patterns. Database management skills, with experience writing efficient SQL queries.
- Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes, foundational DevOps skills, and familiarity with web front-end development.
- Multithreading experience, knowledge of lock mechanisms, and a basic understanding of game development principles are a plus.
- Able to adapt quickly, thrive in a startup environment, and ideally have prior startup experience.
- Ideally, you are fluent in Ukrainian and English (English-only speakers at Senior level may also be considered).

- Design, develop, and test new features for a live gaming project.
- Collaborate closely with frontend and blockchain teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Implement and optimize APIs, manage databases, and ensure efficient data flow.
- Contribute to the technical architecture and participate in performance profiling and troubleshooting.
- Document code and processes to maintain clear knowledge sharing within the team.
