The Role
Mission
DoorLoop is seeking an experienced and empathetic Employee Experience Manager (EXM) to cultivate a supportive, engaging, and inclusive work environment. This role will focus on creating and managing programs that enhance employee well-being, and build a positive company culture globally. The ideal candidate deeply understands employee engagement and retention and can execute large-scale initiatives with global impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
Fostering a Positive Work Environment:
- Design and implement strategies that promote work-life balance, address employee well-being and cultivate an inclusive and positive work culture across all teams globally.
Employee Feedback Management:
- Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys, interviews, and meetings to identify needs and sentiments. Use this data to develop actionable insights and continuously improve the employee experience.
Onboarding Process Transformation:
- Overhaul the global onboarding process, including developing comprehensive training materials, videos, and documentation to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
HRIS Implementation and Administration:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing administration of a new HRIS system to support seamless employee lifecycle management.
Global Event Management:
- Plan and execute both employee life events and large-scale company events, ensuring that these align with company values and contribute to an engaging and inclusive culture.
Global Employer Branding through Social Media:
- Improve and manage global employer branding through social media channels to enhance the company’s image, attract top talent, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Budget Oversight:
- Manage and optimize the Employee Experience budget to support global initiatives and ensure proper allocation of resources for employee programs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Experience or related roles, with a proven track record in fostering a positive work culture.
- Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and well-being programs on a global scale.
- Strong analytical skills to assess employee feedback and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute multiple global initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in budget management and site selection/relocation projects is a plus.
