Description:
The Recruitment Administrator will closely assist in the effective screening and onboarding of Talent Management and closely support the Recruitment Department. He/she will assist with the co-ordination of activities within the Recruitment Space.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification (additional qualifications advantageous)
- Previous work experience in Hospitality or a strong understanding of the industry
- Computer literacy (Excel, Outlook and MS Office)
- Keen eye for detail, high level of urgency, and resilience
Responsibilities:
- Screen and identify top talent for our hotels using innovative tools
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by engaging with applicants effectively
- Collaborate with Talent Managers and Hiring Managers
- Accurately onboard candidate profiles into our database
- Manage job adverts on our ATS system and provide additional administration support as needed
