Rust developer in UKRAINE

On behalf of Mamoru.ai team, we’re on the lookout for a skilled and qualified Rust developer for our side start-up project, where we’re building high-performance MEV infrastructure on TON. We're at the very final phase of successful fundraising and looking to scale our core team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and autonomous Rust developer to work closely with the engineering team. In this role you will:

• Work primarily in Rust, with some exposure to other programming languages using the various tech stacks.
• Write code based on specified requirements.
• Test, debug, and deploy programs and applications.
• Maintain and improve existing software. 
• Analyse user feedback to improve software performance.
• Work on the latest technologies and developments in blockchain and web3.
• Contribute to feature development and code reviews.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Rust programming with a strong understanding of its ecosystems.
• Experience within programming languages, such as C++, Node.js, React.js, Golang, or others.
• 3+ years of experience in coding and developing, using the Rust programming language.
• Ability to design algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems.
• Familiarity with creating technical documentation.
• Experience working with advanced data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices.
• Excellent debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with multi-threaded programming.
• Network programming skills.
• Key-value store optimization skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with blockchain technology.
• A curiosity and passion for Web3, cybersecurity, blockchain and crypto.
• Understanding of smart contract auditing.
• Experience with Web2 technologies.
