The Role:


We are looking to recruit a Security Analyst to join our internal Security Team. This internal role will focus on designing, implementing, and managing a robust information security framework to maintain our high standards of data protection and compliance.


This role is ideal for a security professional with experience in implementing security standards and processes as part of a team, now looking to take the lead on security standards for a global software company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Security Standards: Review, design, and implement security frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST.


  • Information Security Management System (ISMS): Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the ISMS to ensure best practices and compliance.


  • Audits & Incident Management: Conduct and manage security audits and oversee incident management.


  • Security Awareness Program: Develop and lead the Security Awareness program across the organization.


  • Security Questionnaires: Respond to security questionnaires to support customer and partner relationships.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with the DPO and Compliance teams to align security standards with privacy and regulatory requirements.


  • GDPR Compliance: Apply your knowledge of the GDPR framework in day-to-day activities.


Requirements:


  • Security Standards Experience: Experience implementing security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST.


  • ISMS Management: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing an ISMS.


  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs Suite, and documentation tools like Confluence.


  • Audit Skills: Experience performing security audits and supporting customer audits.


  • Documentation: Ability to document relevant controls effectively.


  • Experience Level: 2-3 years in information security roles.


Nice to Have:


  • Monitoring Solutions: Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Kibana and Elasticsearch.


  • Certifications: Industry certifications in ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or related areas are a plus.
