Job Purpose
In your role as Sales Manager, you will drive Animotive's performance and growth with responsibility for marketing strategy and sales plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage the sales strategies and activities, targeting education and production company market segments.
- Plan, implement and manage lead generation campaigns and measure results.
- Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channels.
- Develop, implement and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets and territories to achieve company objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Work closely with the Marketing team.
- Ensure the sales funnel is appropriately executed within the Hubspot CRM.
- Build professional, long-lasting relationships with clients, business leaders and influencers.
- Identify and understand the client's business needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales strategies.
- Occasionally travel internationally to markets and festivals and to meet overseas clients.
Essential Criteria
- University degree education or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in marketing and sales or related area.
- Proven ability to deliver on sales targets.
- Ability to develop, manage and implement sales strategy.
- Excellent written English and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge and application of a wide range of sales techniques.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong motivation, leadership and management skills.
- Reporting experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Docs and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English (even if it is not your first language).
- Right to work in the UK (we are not offering visa sponsorship for this role).
- This is an in-office position based in Belfast, N. Ireland.
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of media production processes and techniques inc. animation.
- Knowledge/experience of the creative software market.
- Knowledge/experience of the creative production sector.
- Experience with immersive technology (VR, AR etc.).
- Experience of working with HubSpot or other CRM.
- Experience of bringing a new product to market.
