The EA&A Strategy & PMO (Project Management Office) team is responsible for driving Zalando’s IT projects in the areas of ERP, CRM, and DATA in alignment with our strategy. As a Senior Program Manager (all genders), you will be a key member of this team, responsible for ensuring the success of our most critical programs and projects.
In your role as
Senior Program Manager (CRM) (all genders) you will lead the projects to support our CRM teams in operating using Salesforce technology. Furthermore you will set the proper ways of working either hybrid , agile or predictive with proper collaboration with respective teams.

- Making Zalandos strategic programs / projects a success. Getting things done and challenging the status quo. You instinctively identify what the critical success factors are and change complexity into clarity. You remove any roadblocks that stand in the way of the program. You effectively manage conflict and priorities. You can adjust your approach for each individual project and can play many roles; from in-house consultant to business analyst to hands-on product owner
- You advise our customers in business and guide them on their journey of digitalisation their business processes
- Be a project manager for cutting edge projects supporting Zalandos growth in the area of ERP, CRM or DATA.
- Pro-active “drive” the project and taking Ownership to bring it forward
- Drive change and test management.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- You have 7+ years of program / project management experience with a track record of delivering medium to high complexity programs and projects. You draw upon your past immersion of working in an agile and iterative environment and focus on delivering projects effectively and efficiently and know how to boost cross-functional teams and projects. You apply high quality project management standards and make them evolve
- Excellent communication skills, you should be able to present to top management and big groups.
- Analytical skills - understand business requirements, calculate a business case, plan your project and manage it - be able to speak with middle management and translate the requirements into an IT architecture.
- Experience in writing strategy papers followed by driving the change.
- You have a very good experience as project manager for CRM and specifically salesforce.
