Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Build and optimize infrastructure for continuous ML model improvement, collaborating with ML engineers.
- Develop ML pipelines using AWS and manage CI/CD/CT for rapid, stable deployments.
- Ensure high-quality ML services that meet our users’ needs, enhancing performance with every iteration.
Development Environment
- Languages: Python (Machine Learning), Python & TypeScript (Backend)
- Libraries: scikit-learn, PyTorch
- Infrastructure: AWS
- Code Management: GitHub, with CI through GitHub Actions
Qualifications
- Required:
- 1+ year experience building infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 1+ year experience developing ML models
- Japanese at a conversational level
- Fluent English (many team members are international)
- Preferred:
- Experience with MLOps construction and maintenance
- Experience in backend development
Working Conditions
- Location: Tokyo Office, Shinjuku Gyoen Front Building, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo
- Work Style: Flexible hybrid
- Hours: Core hours are 12:00 to 15:00
- Days Off: 2 days off per week (Sat, Sun, national holidays, and New Year's holidays)
