Requirements
Minimum requirements:
Diploma/degree in Human Resource administration/management
2 - 3 years HR administration and Recruitment experience
Advanced MS Office Skills
Advanced Excel
Ideal Requirements:
2-3 Solid Talent management and Recruitment experience
Strong experience sourcing good Technical and Sales candidates.
ICT/tech industry exposure with sound knowledge of ISP services
Employee file management experience
Talent management and administration
Strong Interviewing Techniques and Etiquette
Experience working on ATS (Applicant Tracker) Systems
Key Competencies and skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Customer focused and brand aware
Self-motivated and self-disciplined
Ability to work independently and within a team
Time Management Skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Maintaining recruitment process administration

What you will be doing:
Administrating the recruitment process
Screening CV's, preselecting candidates and conducting telephonic screening sessions with candidates
Shortlisting candidates for hiring managers.
Setting up interviews for hiring managers and interviewing HR representative
Interviewing candidates with Hiring Managers
Arrange assessments for shortlisted candidates.
Setting up criminal checks for shortlisted candidates
Conducting reference checks on all candidates
Seeing to queries from candidates regarding vacancies.
