Work

• Ensure compliance in process risk management and ICS design for worldwide E2E Processes in GS service scope (focus: Book-to-Report (General legder / Payments / Fixed-Assets)
• Enable GS process owners and ORS in implementation of risk management and ICS concept
• Advise to GS process owners an GS/ORS-teams regarding risk analysis, definition of controls and monitoring procedu-res in assigned processes as well as for continuous impro-vement of ICS
• Define, update and improve instructions for Monitoring Pro-cedures; give consultation and trainings to GS operations and MP auditors
• Identify, define and support implementing of use cases for automation of controls and monitoring procedures in acco-unting processes (incl. RPA and data analytics) incl. definiti-on of MP instruction
• Regional key contact and coordinator for risk management and internal controls system topics for E2E processes in GS regions
• Ensure MP design implementation in assigned scope area
• Prepare risk management and ICS management reporting and analysis
  
  

• University degree in economics
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Expert knowledge of of Bosch SAP platforms and other ERP systems for Bill-to-Cash
• Proficient knowledge of ICS Tool Comfort, MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and Power BI reporting tools
• Proficient knowledge in financial and accounting processes and risk management / controls audit approach
• Likes to work with processes and people in worldwide collaboration
• Careful and structured performance, detail oriented
• Good ability to communicate and to work within a global expert team (incl. remote collaboration across regions)
