Growth Product Manager (based in Dubai)

We're seeking an exceptional Growth Product Manager to join our team at Bybit in our Global HQ in Dubai.

Relocation assistance will be provided to the successful candidate.

Prior experience with Campaigns is a must.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the product work of APP/WEB side, with good product planning ability;
• Responsible for the complete process of user-side product functions, complete requirement analysis, scheme design, and coordinate resources to follow up on project implementation;
• Responsible for the product conversion of the user core path, and improve the overall product experience of the user side
• Have a global user business perspective and be able to lead and grasp the product direction and rhythm
• Understand and analyze industry trends, and have a certain insight into user scenarios

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of product experience, with experience in tens of millions of user-side products preferred
• Have good learning ability and strong innovative thinking
• Proactive in work, strong in execution, good at communication and coordination of resources
• Able to quickly grasp market demand and development trends, with strong market competition analysis ability and keen market insight and business acumen;
• Have a strong innovative spirit and a keen sense of smell for new products;
• Experience in crytpo industry or trading products is preferred
