We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can help make the first interaction with DreamLife truly memorable and impactful.
Job Brief
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a crucial role in shaping their impression of DreamLife. This is more than just setting appointments; it’s about engaging clients, understanding their needs, and helping them see the value of our consultations and services.
In addition to qualifying and scheduling consultations, the SDR will follow up with inbound inquiries and initiate outbound outreach to potential B2B partners. This role requires fluency in both Russian and English and a solid understanding of Spanish culture to provide clients with an empathetic and knowledgeable first touchpoint.
Responsibilities
Inbound Client Engagement (B2C)
• Qualify Leads and Schedule Consultations: Engage with incoming client inquiries, understand their needs, and set up consultations with Sales Managers for high-value prospects.
• Value-Driven Communication: Approach each conversation with a consultative mindset, helping clients understand how DreamLife’s services can address their specific relocation goals.
• Empathetic Support: Answer initial client questions with professionalism and care, offering a welcoming introduction to the DreamLife experience.
• Follow-up: Re-engage clients who missed initial appointments or didn’t respond, ensuring no lead is overlooked.
Outbound B2B Outreach (when inbound leads are low)
• Proactive Outreach to Potential Partners: Identify and reach out to relevant B2B companies (e.g., relocation agencies, real estate firms) to introduce DreamLife and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Develop a pipeline of potential partners, positioning DreamLife as the preferred provider for relocation services in Spain.
• Consistent Follow-up: Maintain communication with B2B contacts to nurture long-term relationships and potential partnerships.
Qualifications
• Bilingual in Russian and English: Strong communication skills in both languages are essential to engage with diverse clients and partners.
• Sales and Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years in a sales or customer service role, ideally with premium or high-value clients.
• Consultative Sales Mindset: Ability to confidently convey the value of DreamLife services, setting the stage for successful client engagement.
• Understanding of Spanish Culture: Familiarity with Spain’s lifestyle and cultural nuances, helping you to create rapport with clients and answer common questions.
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple leads, maintain detailed CRM records, and prioritize high-value prospects.
• Professional and Empathetic: A natural ability to listen, understand client needs, and respond in a way that builds trust and interest in DreamLife’s services.
