Responsibilities
Provide tailored support and consultation to Dutch-speaking customers on search engine optimization and digital marketing strategies
Assist clients in troubleshooting issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns
Analyze client needs and recommend effective solutions to improve their online visibility
Educate customers about product features and best practices for achieving optimal search engine performance
Document interactions with clients and collect feedback for continuous improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in digital marketing and search engine technologies
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred
Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Enthusiasm for helping customers succeed in their digital marketing endeavors
Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
