Web3 Product Manager (based in Dubai) in HONG KONG SAR

We're seeking an exceptional Web3 Product Manager to join our team at Bybit in our Global HQ in Dubai.

Relocation assistance will be provided to the successful candidate.

Prior experience with Web3 products or crypto wallet products is a must.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the product roadmap for Web3 wallet, providing users with the best product experience;
• Responsible for designing core product modules related to wallets;
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development;
• Follow up on the entire project process, collaborate with designers and engineers to develop detailed product specifications, and promote product implementation;
• Based on market trends and user experience, plan, organize, and deliver new products and features to the market;
• Competitor analysis and market research to keep abreast of the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain innovation;
• Rich experience in using on-chain DeFi and wallets;
• Work experience related to implementing encrypted wallet products/DeFi portal products (encrypted investment);
• Experience with agile product development methods, able to understand and evaluate engineering, design, and scheduling trade-offs;
• Understand the on-chain interaction process, basic principles of blockchain, as well as implementation plans for private keys, mnemonics, and MPC wallets.
