Genuine School is a K12 school, founded as a startup. We currently have almost 500 students, from different countries such as Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico, and our numbers are growing every day. - You are fluent in English and Spanish.
- You have strong communication skills and a keen ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- You have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting.
- You have experience working with data models, developing reports, and conducting deep analysis.
- You have experience in restructuring historical databases, standardizing data, and creating reports that optimize business processes.
- You are comfortable designing and conducting surveys to collect valuable feedback from students, families, and staff.
Key Tasks
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide insights that support key decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics related to school operations, student performance, and satisfaction surveys.
- Design and analyze surveys targeting different segments of our community (students, families, staff) to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align data analysis with the overall goals of the institution.
- Support the leadership team with predictive models to forecast future trends and optimize strategic planning.
- Continuously improve the data infrastructure and processes to support scalability as Genuine School grows.
- Reports and analysis, drives the continuous improvement plan through the reports requested, adhering to the reporting schedule, enhancing data collection quality, and improving implementation and analysis processes
