This client is one of the largest blockchain development companies in the world building out household name applications across finance, DeFi, NFT’s and general Blockchain SaaS solutions. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer support requests by following the agreed procedures
Research questions using available information resources and advise user on appropriate action
As part of a global support team, working on establishing operational protocols and standards
Work in shifts in order to cover an extended time frame including evenings and weekends
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking) in English
Understanding of Ethereum and the blockchain ecosystem
Enthusiasm for continual learning and interest in blockchain technologies
Potential Skills
Student, Bachelor's degree in a technical university, or prior experience in a service desk role
Other Skills
Knowledge of a programming language
Knowledge of Linux operating systems
Any modern foreign language
