GlobalConnect is on the lookout for a Business Transformation Lead, a role that is not just another job but a mission. This is a unique opportunity to shape the core of our company, ensuring that our B2B departments across five countries and involving 800 people evolve into a cohesive, efficient, and automated powerhouse. Your task will be monumental, transforming a landscape of varied practices into a streamlined operation that sets the standard for the industry.

Your days will be filled with leading and facilitating the transformation work across our organization, mapping out processes without the need for extensive system changes, and creating and then ensuring adherence to our core principles. Reporting directly to our Executive Vice President and being part of her management board, you will have the right context to play a critical role in bringing our business and departments together, reducing customization, and ensuring business value through the implementation of new business systems and ways of working.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Lead the charge in implementing our Nordic B2B Business Process Transformation, ensuring that every piece of our expansive network and digital infrastructure is leveraged to its fullest potential.
• Facilitate unity and standardization across our operations, breaking down silos and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Make sure that a structured change management plan is facilitated and get people on board with the necessary changes.
• Drive strategic initiatives that align with our vision of expanding fiber networks, enhancing connectivity solutions, and automating processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Serve as a beacon of leadership, guiding all teams in the B2B organization through the complexities of transformation with a clear, compelling vision and a steadfast commitment to our collective success.

In this role, you will handle the challenge head-on, navigating through resistance and maintaining our daily operations without compromising our delivery quality. You'll be the architect of our future, designing a unified way of working that scales across borders and cultures. It's a role that requires not just skill but grit, vision, and the ability to inspire change in the face of adversity.

To make history with us, you will need:

• Demonstrated background in leadership, with a history of effectively overseeing major, transformative initiatives across countries.
• Proven commercial and business understanding and demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing strategies that ensure business continuity while bringing significant change.
• A solid background in consulting, with a focus on change management and organizational transformation.
• Certification in PMI or an equivalent, backed by a solid educational foundation.

Positioned in either Stockholm, Copenhagen, or Oslo, this role is crucial, requiring travel within the Nordic region up to once a week, tapering over time.
