Job Summary
We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join our client's Middleware Team supporting a major hospitality client. The ideal candidate has experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and Apigee API Management, focusing on API integration and cloud solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain integration solutions for key business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement middleware solutions using Oracle Fusion and Apigee API management.
- Ensure smooth data integration across systems.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers to create effective solutions.
- Build, manage, and secure API endpoints.
- Ensure integration flows meet security and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.
- Document integration processes and workflows.
- Support and improve existing integrations for stability and scalability.
Required Skills
- 3+ years in integration roles with a focus on middleware solutions.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA Suite, Oracle WebLogic).
- Hands-on experience with Apigee API Management (API design, security).
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, and JSON API integration.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
- Familiar with API security protocols (OAuth2, JWT).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Hospitality industry experience.
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Kubernetes or Docker.
- Familiarity with other middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Tibco.
