We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team and work on a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) project within the B2B industry digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with experience working on RPA projects
  • Familiarity with RPA technologies, processes, and tools (ex. UiPath)
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working on large-scale projects
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
  • Experience with AI principles and practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Skills:

  • Expertise in creating and describing different types of requirements (e.g., business, user, system, transition requirements, etc.)
  • Experience in BA efforts estimation, modeling, and prototyping
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of at least one requirements management tool like Jira
  • Knowledge and ability to use BPMN modeling
  • Ability to work with analytics tools like Google Analytics and others
  • At least B2 level of English
  • Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency is a must

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate RPA opportunities in the B2B industry digital marketing sector
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Analyze, identify, and document existing business processes and identify areas where RPA can be implemented for process improvement
  • Develop business requirements and user stories for RPA processes
  • Develop automation workflows and design robotic automation solutions
  • Establish RPA testing criteria and create test cases to assess the effectiveness of automated processes
  • Creating training materials for the RPA processes
  • Identify and prioritize business needs and suggest RPA implementation strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of automation solutions
  • Capture metrics to enable project progress tracking and ROI analysis
  • Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, communicating progress, and managing expectations
