Communications Officer in MENA

This position will be an integral part of their mission to connect and grow within the MENA region, representing the brand across various communication channels.


We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and culturally adept Communications Officer for the MENA region. In this role, you will elevate the company’s brand visibility and communicate its mission, values, and services to a diverse audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in investor relations, possess excellent presentation and communication skills, and demonstrate an ability to manage multiple communication channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate and Internal Communications: Develop and implement cohesive messaging strategies across all platforms, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Media Relations: Build and strengthen relationships with media representatives and stakeholders to enhance brand presence and reputation in the MENA region.
  • Social Media Strategy: Drive engagement and expand audience reach on platforms like LinkedIn, employing targeted social media tactics.
  • Internal Coordination: Ensure consistency and clarity in internal communications across all teams and stakeholders.
  • Campaign Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on communication campaign performance to optimize strategies and outreach.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to facilitate effective communication of projects and initiatives.
  • Event Organisation: Plan and participate in events, such as conferences and workshops, to promote the brand and ensure cohesive communication before, during, and after events.
  • Content Creation: Draft and edit internal and external communications, including social media posts, newsletters, reports, and promotional materials.
  • Senior Management Advising: Provide insights on communication trends and emerging opportunities, advising CxO leadership on strategic communication directions.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a communications role with demonstrable expertise in strategy development and digital communication.


Skills:

  • Proficient in English (French and Arabic proficiency is a plus).
  • Any experience working with loyalty platforms or POS systems preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly at the executive level.
  • Proven ability to implement communication strategies and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a proactive approach to campaign measurement.
  • Familiarity with cultural nuances and media trends specific to the MENA region.

Set up: Fully Remote

Salary: $3000 per month
