¿What do you need?:
- 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on React.
- Expert-level knowledge of React, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Experience with modern front-end development tools, frameworks, and libraries.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams of software engineers.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
⚡ Strong communication skills in English (B2+ - C1 level) to collaborate effectively with international teams.
You will be Responsible for:
- Provide technical vision, guidance, and direction to the React development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient React applications.
- Develop and maintain technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for React
- development.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient React code that meets the requirements of the
- project.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall code quality.
- Oversee the deployment of React applications to production environments.
- Lead and manage a team of React engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to help them grow in their careers.
- Conduct regular code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure that team members are following best practices and technical standards.
- Communicate technical vision, goals, and progress to stakeholders, including product
- management, design, and QA.
- Collaborate with other technical leads and architects to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues and architectural challenges.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
