Job Brief


We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to manage and enhance KnowledgeCity’s social media presence. In this role, you will brainstorm and create engaging content, manage posts, and interact with followers to foster a consistent brand image aligned with our marketing goals.

You will also repurpose content and distribute it across different channels, research new platforms suitable for KnowledgeCity, and track the performance of posts using analytics tools. Familiarity with social media automation tools is essential.


To succeed, you should be well-versed in social media trends and digital technologies, with strong communication skills to creatively represent our brand. Your goal will be to increase web traffic, drive engagement, and strengthen our online presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on social media trends and audience preferences to shape our strategy.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media plan that aligns with business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Repurpose and distribute content effectively across multiple social media channels.
  • Research and recommend new social media platforms relevant to KnowledgeCity's audience and goals.
  • Create and implement quarterly social media strategies to ensure continuous adaptation to trends.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media posts to assess return on investment (ROI) and optimize content.
  • Create, edit, and publish daily content, including text, images, videos, and latest updates to drive audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage customer feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Oversee the visual design and layout of social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Stay current with the latest social media technologies and design trends to keep the brand relevant.
  • Utilize social media automation tools to schedule posts and improve workflow efficiency.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong focus on SaaS, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in creative content production (text, images, and videos).
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels and digital strategy.
  • Experience with social media automation tools.
  • Ability to track and analyze performance metrics of posts.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of SEO.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of typography and video editing.

  • $1,000 - $1,200 / Month
