What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform manual software testing activities including requirement analysis, test case design, defect reporting, and database testing
• Develop automated test scripts using Selenium and other industry-leading tools
• Write and verify quality standards and test procedures for software products
• Stay informed of quality testing technologies and assist with troubleshooting and installation of software
• Train and educate employees on department products and functionality
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance methodologies or software testing
• Programming and analysis experience with Java/J2EE and/or Ruby
• Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to occasionally travel with overnight stays
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Ability to write SQL queries and debug applications
• Experience with API testing, mobile testing, performance testing, agile testing, and automated testing
• Familiarity with project tracking software like Jira and test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr Scale, HP ALM, qTest, and TFS
