Role Overview
We are looking for a Front-End Developer with experience with 3-5 years experience in Vue.js and preferably Shadcn to create intuitive, responsive user interfaces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for crafting complex, reusable components and dynamic forms using Shadcn’s Autoform, along with advanced TypeScript and Tailwind CSS skills to ensure efficient, scalable development.
Location: Remote (National Capital Region, Philippines)
Type: Full-Time (5 days, 40 hours per week) This position is available for immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces using Vue.js and ShadCN.
- Build custom components and modules using Shadcn, focusing on dynamic form rendering through Autoform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, and backend) to implement new features and improve user experiences.
- Ensure seamless data flow between the frontend and backend using Vuex or Pinia for state management.
- Manage complex forms, including multi-step forms, conditional logic, and dynamic field rendering, while validating data using Zod schema.
- Have familiarity or experience with Radix UI components to create accessible and consistent user interfaces.
- Optimize components and applications for performance across various devices and browsers.
- Maintain high-quality code and ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3- 5 years of front-end development experience with a focus on Vue.js particularly in building production-level applications. Experience with Shadcn is a bonus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Technologies
- Vue.js: Strong proficiency in Vue.js architecture and its advanced features.
- ShadCN: Experience building components and forms using Shadcn, particularly Autoform for dynamic form generation.
- TypeScript: Proficiency in TypeScript to ensure code reliability and scalability.
- Tailwind CSS: Experience with Tailwind CSS to create responsive, consistent UI components.
State Management
- Vuex or Pinia: Experience with state management libraries for efficient data flow.
Complex Forms
- Dynamic Form Handling: Experience with multi-step forms, conditional rendering, and form customization.
- Zod schema: Familiarity with Zod schema for form validation and data integrity.
Problem-Solving & Initiative
- Self-driven and proactive, with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to evolving project needs.
What We Offer
- Compensation: Annual salary range is ₱500,000 PHP - ₱720,000 PHP, based on experience.
